Our group did not initially plan to eat at Pho So 1, but it ended up being a solid choice! This is located off the strip in the Chinatown area of Las Vegas. It's located in a pretty big plaza with lots of parking available. It was BUSY though since this was post-EDC on the Monday evening. We had to wait about 15 minutes until a table was ready for our group of 7. I ordered the Cơm Bò Lúc Lắc (tomato rice with stir fried beef filet mignon) and added the fried egg on top. The rice was super-hot and so was the beef! The service was good for what the situation was at the time. They did their best to supply us with what we needed and requested, as well as check in after we all received our food and started eating.

So so good! The broth has so much flavor and they give you a lot of meat. Very authentic. A little on the pricier side but I'd pay for this quality!! My favorite pho place in LV!

I have been here three times already. Although it can get pretty packed during like EDC week, I much prefer the taste of the Pho and Bun over here than other spots. The Oxtail Pho and egg rolls are hella delicious! Food could take a bit long if they are busy but the place is clean. The floor isn't oily and I don't see any flies there when I went. I much prefer the parking lot here and it is pretty big compared to other Pho places in town.

Service was amazingly fast was friendly and helpful! Food was delicious and the portion was good.

Service is good as they're attentive. - Egg Rolls 5/5 Basic crunchy egg rolls. It says it has taro inside but can't taste it. They give lots of fresh veggies on the side. - Pho 3.8/5 The pho is very star anise forward. The small is a lot smaller than the large. Just get the large for only a little more. Hard to eat the small since the bowl is so small. The meat here is very tender. Brisket is very very tender. Free parking in lot.

Love love love this place! My pho cravings are undoubtedly always satisfied here. Right when I walk in, I'm immediately seated. The vibes of this restaurant are comfy and homey. I have two go-to orders. Starting off with the appetizers, the fresh spring rolls are one you wouldn't wanna skip. It's refreshing and has an amazing peanut dipping sauce. In my opinion, their peanut sauce is one of the best out of all the fresh spring rolls I've tried. As for my entree, I like the beef pho with rare steak and brisket. It never disappoints and tastes amazing! Bonus points for having our order out within 10 minutes of being seated. Service is always quick and efficient here. The food always tastes fresh and the pho is always steaming hot. I absolutely love this place.
